The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.
You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.
- Ask your delivery agent for Pay link SMS on your smartphone which has internet connectivity
- Click on the link in SMS and initiate payment
- Select your payment method and complete payment using your credentials
- Post successful payment, you will get a confirmation message.
Yes. To reactivate your draswan account, simply log in with your registered email ID or mobile number/password combination used before deactivation. Your account data will be fully restored, default subscription settings applied.
An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your Draswan account.
Return/exchange of health/supplements is not
allowed. If
the product is different from the product you applied for, or if a damaged or defective product arrives, contact Draswan within 7 days . Only unused items will be exchanged at our expense. (Shipping fee paid by us)
However, we do not accept any return of products that have been damaged, contaminated or deteriorated by the buyer.
